As the founder and leader of the firm, Frank Torre has organized landscaping projects for notable clients such as Chrysler World Headquarters, Comerica Park, and the Penske Corporation. Torre & Bruglio has also facilitated horticultural renovations and maintenance for the Detroit Zoo and provided landscaping support for Detroit Public Schools. In 2000, he expanded his business operations as the founder of a golf course management company. The firm maintains and manages golf courses ranging from 18 to 36 holes, including pro shops, clubhouses, and food and beverage services.In addition to his holdings in the landscaping and horticulture industry, Mr. Torre serves as the chairman and CEO of Signal Restoration Services. A full-service general contracting company, Signal Restoration Services specializes in property loss mitigation across the United States. Under Mr. Torre’s leadership, the firm had a crucial role in restoring operations following Hurricane Sandy in 2012. The company deployed more than 500 emergency professionals within 24 hours of the storm in an effort to help damaged hospitals throughout New York City.
